Cookies and privacy

Compta By Monsieur S only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work. No analytics, advertising or social network cookies are set, and no data is ever sold.

As these cookies are essential to the service, they are exempt from consent (article 82 of the French Data Protection Act, CNIL guidelines). The only third-party service requiring consent, the Google reCAPTCHA verification described below, only loads if you ask for it. This is why no banner is shown to you.

Keeps your session while you browse, once logged in, during registration, passkey login or after choosing a language.

Duration: until the browser is closed

REMEMBERME

Keeps you logged in on this device. Only set if you tick “Keep me logged in” or log in with Google.

Duration: 30 days, deleted on logout

csrf-token_…

Protects forms against fraudulent submissions from another site.

Duration: deleted as soon as the form is submitted

Anti-robot check (Google reCAPTCHA)

After several failed login attempts from your IP address, the login form asks you to prove that you are not a robot. The Google reCAPTCHA check is only loaded if you click “Show Google verification”; this click constitutes your consent. Google then receives information about your browser and device and sets its own cookies.

You are free to refuse: simply do not show the verification. You can then try logging in again 15 minutes later, reset your password or use “Continue with Google”.

Log in with Google

If you choose “Continue with Google”, you are redirected to Google, which applies its own privacy policy. We only receive your email address and a Google account identifier.

App, offline reading and notifications

So that your latest pages remain readable without a network (installed app or not), your browser keeps them in its cache, on your device only, along with the identifier of the logged-in user (so they are never shown to someone else). They are erased when you log out, when another user logs in and with each new version of the site, and can be erased at any time from the Mobile app page. A few technical flags are also kept in the browser's local storage (user of the kept pages, first opening of the app already reported). This storage is only used to run the service and is never transmitted.

Notifications are only turned on if you ask for them on the Mobile app page and accept the browser's permission prompt: this consent is what allows your browser to subscribe to our service. You can withdraw it at any time on that page, in your browser settings or by logging out.

Delete cookies

You can delete these cookies at any time from your browser settings. You will then simply be logged out.
