Export your bank transactions

To import your transactions into personal finance software or a spreadsheet, download them from your bank's online space. Choose your bank to see the steps and the formats offered.

Your bank is not listed?

  1. Log in to your bank's online space, preferably on a computer: mobile apps often offer fewer export options.
  2. Open the account, then look for “Download”, “Export” or “Download transactions” near the list of transactions.
  3. Choose OFX if offered, otherwise CSV (or QIF). Avoid PDF, which software cannot read.
  4. Enter the period you want, then start the download.
